Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1689366.

Despite supplying OWBC with a diary of events over 12 months ago, this commercial activity and anti-social behaviour by an individual is allowed to continue in a residential area.

3rd report in under 2 weeks.

04.53 - Loud noise from commercial vehicle (Pick up truck KP55 VNN) with engine running for 17 minutes and doors/bonnet slamming repeatedly consistently by Esat's employee...

Disturbing households up AGAIN at an ungodly hour!
