Dog walkers are not picking up their dog foul and it has got really out of control. There is so much mess that it is making it hard to walk dogs without getting the mess all over your footwear. This field is used for sport and children

There is still a lot of mess around the sports field and people are still not cleaning up after their dogs, but as the evenings are much lighter there is not so much mess as dog walkers can be seen.

Still the same no change

There's not much point just saying "still the same, no change". I suggest it needs an official presence at the entranceway, handing out flyers telling dog walkers that they must still pick up the poo, even on grass. In my experience of Stockham Park, a lot of them think it's ok to leave it on grass verges, fields, and open grassy areas. Perhaps you could recruit some "good" dog owners to stand on duty very early in the mornings and again in the evenings, at peak dog walking times, to hand them out for you. It would be interesting if all dog owners entering the field were made to produce their poo-picking bags, to see how many are not even thinking about picking it up.
