I am writing to you with reference to enquiry reference 1672654, and your email dated 27/6/19 requesting further specific information to assist you in resolving with this issue. Please find further requested details below: Address/house number: 17 Cranworth Cottages, Leaves Green Road, Keston, BR2 6DB street light column number: 42L6 Nature and scale of issue: On council owned land there are trees and bushes have not been attended to for 10-15 years Timescale of issue: 15 years (other occupants at Cranworth Cottages have reported the issues of trees during bushes owned by LBB in the area but no action has been taken.

Damage Caused: To the public footpath: * Overgrown bushes and trees impeding on the public access way * Health and safety issue -there is limited/restricted access for people/general public public to walk safely along the pavement * People have to walk on the road

To 17 Cranworth Cottages: * Fencing has been damaged and needs repairing or replacing, * Excessive trees and bushes growing into over and into my garden * Restricting natural light

Required outcome: * Trees/bushes cut back sufficiently to allow safe access for people to walk th public footpath * Trees and Bushes are cut back sufficiently to cease causing damage to my property * Fencing is repaired/replaced at the costs of the council * cut the tops off trees. Alternatively, when the council instructs a specialist to attend to the offending trees, I would consider paying specifically for the topping of certain trees. Additional consideration: neighbouring properties at 1-17 Cranworth cottages have also contacted LBB regarding the problems experienced by the overgrown trees.
