Urgent need for stiles/access gates

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1688500.

In this approx area on map, motorcyclists keep accessing the forest south of Thetford. Drivers routinely decline to respect walkers & their families, biking fast and expecting one to get out of their way. Is dangerous! Stiles and/or public access gates are needed to stop motorcyclists getting in... Sometimes they are kids younger than 15 on them, all coming from Kimms Belt neighborhood, usually without numberplates.
