Bins saving car spaces

For the last 2-3 months, 62 morehall avenue resident is constantly putting their bins onto the road to save a parking space. This means we have to park elsewhere with our 4 children when they do not have any small children. I understand parking is a problem here, what with at least 3 residents close by having 3 vehicles for one person and people parking here instead of the train station. How can this be resolved?
