Council grass verge so overgrown now have RATS!

Grass verge is so overgrown it harbouring RATS! really annoyed as the rats using grass verge overgrown area as nesting site!

See snakes in the grass ie ADDERS thanks council for deliberately putting public health & safety at risk! rats use the grass as refuge as well!

Council does not care about RATS & ticks being in their overgrown grass verge or the fact ive cut myself on brambles there! health hazard & council waiting to be sued before they cutback their site
