Rubbish including trade waste

There is a large amount of cigarette ends, rubbish from the beauticians including gloves etc. The cigarette ends are a result of the staff from the shops smoking outside and flicking the cigarette ends on the floor, it looks disgusting!
Also there are bags of waste from the shops stacking up at the end of the row of shops along with broken waste bins.

This is still an ongoing problem and it's shameful this is issue is not being dealt with more seriously!
The beauticians are still throwing bags of trade waste out the front of the shops, these bags get ripped open and pink gloves, tissue, used make up bottles etc are everywhere.
The owners of the takeaway still sit outside drinking and smoking, throwing their used drink cans and cigarette ends all in the street.
If it wasn't for the owners of the hairdressers and some residents of the road trying their hardest to keep the road tidy it would end up looking like a tip!!
The rubbish is everywhere and really needs to be addreseed in a professional organised manner, can the authorities please help.
Abbott Road in front of the shops is terrible, residents of the flats also dump their rubbish out the front. Also the alleyway needs to be looked at and tidied on a regular basis too.
