Rubbis bin overflowing

A rubbish bin including dog waste on the path at the end of St Peter's road was overflowing on Monday 1st July. There was a considerable amount of rubbish around the bin as there was no where else to put it. Bins around abingdon do not seem to be emptied often enough.
