The tree outside number 45 Dunbar Avenue is overgrown and is causing the pavement to crack up between the trunk and the property boundary it is also damaging the pavement around the drain. The trunk and ground roots are so large it is blocking pavement access. It is not possible to get a buggy, wheel chair or mobility scooter pats it. In addition the tree is so overgrown that it blocks the street light so the pavement is a real health and safety hazard when its dark. The branches also appear to be caught up in the telephone lines and could bring them down and give people an electric shock.
