Tree has outgrown the cage placed around it when young and is about to grow around it.

Trees have outgrown the cages they have been placed in for protection and would now grow more easily without the cage impeding the growth or getting swallowed into the trees bark. Just needs someone with an alan key to undo the cages and take the cages back to be reused somewhere else in another development possibly?
