Overgrown field

The field cornering Bradford Road and Bishops Road has been overgrown and not maintained for over a year. The council claims they are creating a meadow but all that grows is weeds. Field mice are now a problem as they are venturing out from the dell. If the grass is not properly cut and maintained all surrounding houses will be infested. A covenant is actually on that field which states that the field must be maintained. Instead of cutting around the edges the whole field needs cutting. A tractor has arrived in previous years to cut the overgrown field but this has not happened for over a year. Please can someone sort out this problem ASAP. As the grass is so high immigrants are sleeping/hiding in the fields, they must feel this is a good place to hide. Tidying up the grass would improve the area making people think twice about fly tipping and sleeping rough.
