Overgrown plants in the path

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 19:32, Tue 2 July 2019

Sent to Leicester City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1682372.

The owners need to cut back their plants (not just the bushes but the low plants that have been creeping for years over the pavement. It is reducing the space for pedestrians to get past and forces me and children into the road with the buggy especially on bin days as they have to put their bins so far forward due to the plants encroaching. The hedge is also starting to block the ‘Hogarth road’ sign
