A large pot hole next to man hole on a very steep road

There's a large pot hole in the middle of the road (St Johns road) in between Alexandra road and Pretoria road. Its very uncomfortable driving over this as the road is very steep and the pot hole is unavoidable. To make matters worse, the pot hole is next to a man hole which could come off as the pot hole gets deeper.
