Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1679507.

23.05 - Loud noise from commercial vehicle (Pick up truck KP55 VNN) moving vehicles onto and off truck from 22.30 to 23.05 with engine running consistently...on a Sunday night!

Have to shut windows to reduce the noise.
