We observed 2 x vans deliberately removing a bollard which protects the perimeter of an open green space which is outside houses that children regularly play on. the green is located opposite the intersection between Broadwater Crescent and Oaks Cross. These 2 x vans (whose number plates are visible in the photos) deliberately removed the bollards, just so they could park outside 376 Broadwater Crescent, where they claim they were doing work. Three different residents from three different houses (including us) informed the occupants of 376, who asked the vans to move. They moved the vans for an hour, then returned. They have not replaced the removed bollard & the vans have churned up the grass. It is not nice to see the open space outside our houses abused like this.

  • Fault reference number: 401000644691 Following on from my previous email to you - the problem has still not been fixed! I sent you a detailed email as to the location and concern, but I have since had another email from you saying that there is no fault there. Please see attached photos. The bollard has not been replaced and vehicles are driving from the pedestrian crossing onto the green and parking their cars/vans. Please replace this bollard which the vans had deliberately removed. You have their vehicle registrations, why not charge the work back to them? Thank you
