Some ignoramus has parked a caravan on the road. It's wider than a standard vehicle and takes up a valuable CAR parking space, of which there are precious few.

Thank you for your message. If the caravan is obstructing the road, please contact Kent Police on 101. I'm afraid we cannot issue parking fines to caravans unless they are attached to a car with a vehicle registration.
