Broken Bollard

Good Morning,

We have a bollard just beyond our property (115A Dibles Road, Warsash, SO31 9JL), to prevent vehicles proceeding further up the footpath. It appears the bollard has been vandalised and requires replacement (A similar situation occurred in August 2015 and the post was replaced by the Council in the October – previous reference for job was 21171558). For the time being, the post is being held up using gorilla tape, but this will probably only last a day or so. I would be grateful if you could inspect the post and arrange for a replacement at your earliest convenience . (Maybe a stronger built one – metal or toughened plastic, particularly around the base, may make it more vandal-proof). Attached is a picture.
