Two traffic yellow cubes on pedestrian islands knocked over

Pedestrian islands at junction of Oakley Road onto Hastings Road/Bromley Common. The two cube style yellow upright traffic indicators have been knocked off their stands and lying on pedestrian islands. Can these be put back in place. Thank you.
