Yet more weeds

Sent to East Sussex County Council 2 minutes later
The attached photos are of weeds by St Stephen's church Bexhill (GPS 50.849450, 0.461594), the railings at King Offa school Bexhill (GPS 50.846201, 0.466041), and Newlands Avenue Bexhill (GPS 50.849348, 0.462753) - just a few examples of the neglect which is evident all around the town.
I often wonder what impression visitors to our town get when they see how poorly maintained it is, and what incentive is there for residents to take pride in their town, when the council evidently does not.
And what message are we sending to our young people about respecting and caring for their local environment?
My daughter lives in north London where it is common to see discarded sofas, mattresses, dead microwaves and computers, etc. by the roadside. How long before Bexhill's residents start to show similar contempt for their neighbourhood?
This problem must be addressed before it gets much, much worse!
