Thank you for your report. An LBB Neighbourhood Officer will be meeting with a representative of the Highway's contractor ASAP. When confirmed, this will be to walk out and earmark all rainwater gullies that require an adhoc clean and jet. This will be tied in with a holistic approach to both the footway and carriageway gullies in the neighbouring Bromley South High Street, leading up to the pedestrianized part from the train station. Kind regards. LBB NO5 10/07/19

Thank you for your update. The Highways drainage contractor has been notified to provide an update to LBB on when the footway gullies are expected to be attended. This is in accordance with cleaning the carriageway gullies jointly, as per previous notes on this report. A task order has been raised and been followed up on accordingly. This report will be closed to tie in with the holistic approach for all gullies to be attended, but it can be re-opened in due course, if the contractor has not carried out any required action within an agreeable timeframe. Kind regards. NO5 19/8/19

Any updates? Drain cleared outside travelodge twice appears to slowly be filling again. Drain at bus stop seems collapsed. NO footpath drains have been touched

Thank you for your update. Our contractor will be attending this section of the road as well as servicing the whole road again in the next is couple of weeks. This is following recently completed gully cleansing undertaken in September. LBB will be liaising closely with the contractor to delve into greater detail of the reportedly damaged assets and will use the field reports generated in September as a guide for deeper investigation for any required remedial works. When undertaking remedial works of this nature, precise locations are required to access the correct part of the asset underground, so that will be the purpose of this exercise. This report will be collated with additional footway and carriageway gullies highlighted in other reports raised in this road. Our internal reference for this is 4202433 and does have a FMS report assigned for updates on the outcome of this investigation. Kind regards. NO5 LBB - Neighbourhood Management
