Hanging bunting

Reported in the Street Cleansing category by Dan watson-marsh at 13:42, Friday 28 June 2019

Sent to Bromley Council 3 minutes later

This road was closed for a street party. I’m sure permission must have been given to hang bunting from the lamp posts? Bunting has been left attached to every lamp post.

Please remove and bill the party organiser!
