Dogs unleashed in charlton park

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 11:32, Thu 27 June 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

To whom it may concern,

Every day owners keep their dogs unleashed in Charlton Park. They are not abble to control their dogs that usually go to bother the other dogs, which can cause stress among them and putting them on risk to get on a fight or even worse, once there are people walking. It is urgente to put a clear and huge sign to owners keep their dogs leashed for the everyone's safety. Another suggestion is make an inspection for a while in the park advising the owners about the risks. Sincerely.
