The cover that has an issue is not marked Thames Water - that's on the other side of the road. The problem is with the one that you repaired a few weeks ago. Photo attached.

This issue is getting noticeably worse and is making the house vibrate every time a bus goes over this manhole.

This has been referred to Thames Water because the cover is making a banging noise within the metal frame. Not all covers are marked with the owners name.

This is the same manhole cover that you fixed a few months ago. How was it your responsibility then and not now?

Good afternoon The initial work was for repairing the road surface around the manhole cover which is LB Bromley responsibility. The defect is now the manhole cover and the equipment is the responsibility of the owner, which in this case is Thames Water. I hope this answers your question.
