Road from Blundell lane to wigan golf course one big pothole

Adopted to "Ancient Highway Standard" but the servants complain the potholes are so big they have lost their horse and carriage of metal under garments due to the size of the problem, the Lord of the Manor says "tis the councils responsibility"! Seriously needs permanent fix to prevent harm to pedestrians, cyclists, horses (is a bridleway) and suspension of road vehicles including the bin van that comes down. Blundell Lane of same status has been brought up to standard recently, Arley Lane should have the same solution and will then be free of significant trouble for many years
