Tree on highways verge at junction has low lying foliage which is reducing visibility when emerging from road. Needs urgent attention as junction is dangerous

The Parish Council are requesting some clearance of the growth at the bottom of the tree which would improve visibility. The complete removal of the tree is not required as is being indicated by LCC Highways.
