A tree branch is hanging into the road around halfway down Hop Gardens. Traffic currently pass will obstruct when falls. Very nearby, a telegraph pole has come loose from its support and is leaning into the road.

We have visited site and assessed the tree in its location. This tree is on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by Oxfordshire County Council in our capacity as local highway authority. You are advised to contact Land Registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the tree is growing and therefore, have the responsibility for the trees.
