Their are 2 buildings in the park just behind Stainer Place Ox30le covered with offensive graffiti in a public park next to a public path This is not on a should of been reported by the council parks department who cut the grass on a regular occasion

These structures belong to Thames Water. The Streetscene Graffiti Removal Team will stain block any offensive graffiti they can find.

Got a response from the council informing me its not their problem it’s Thames water. So I responded saying have you past it on to Thames water or are you just going to wash your hands of it .

The council replied that it was not their problem and washed their hands of it rather than contact the relevant company and pass on the complaint. Say no more.

Council reported back saying it’s not their problem it’s a Thames water building and refused to ask Thames water to sort it out . Great response Oxford city council.
