Cars parked dangerously close to junction of main road

The cars parked on the left of Barn Lane obstruct the exist from David way forcing cars to exit Barn Lane on the wrong side of the road. The double yellow lines need to go around the whole corner to stop a fatal accident. I have myself had several near misses as when leaving Bishopton lane to turn up barn lane I have had to completely stop as a car is exiting on the wrong side of the road, Due to the speed that cars travel up and down Bishopton lane a car had to swerve on to the other side of the road to avoid hitting me luckily there were no cars coming> This has been reported previously
