Badly controlled traffic lights

Sent to West Sussex County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1673260.

A 4 way set of lights have appeared at the top of Scaynes hill on the A272. Traffic was queuing back onto Chailey common about 2 miles away, in the other direction there were about 12 cars. They were being controlled by someone only looking in one direction.
