2 houses repairing vehicles in the street running a business several vehicles engines being stripped also nearly all either no tax or mot

The issue has been ongoing for several months now. The tenants of the property have been approached by neighbours all to no avail. Over the last few weeks to number of vehicles has increased and now at least 8 vehicles parking in the street including scrap metal vehicles

    Here are more pictures to support the current issues in this Street, the situation is escalating to the point where they have encroached onto the pavement whilst working on said vehicles, therefore, making it impossible to get past. Also using welding gear with sparks flying onto neighbouring vehicles whilst oil spillage all over the road. There is a constant stream of vehicles day/night, anybody can turn up wanting their vehicles repaired.

    This is on foundry place Leeds Harehills at 3.15 today at school home time and there is many more parked on the path This road is just waiting for some think bad to happen as there is so many children walking about
