This issue has not been resolved as the van is still parking in this manner causing pedestrians to have to walk in the road. The van is in parking bay 14 in the apartments next door to 14 Percy Avenue. Can this issue be addressed urgently before an accident happens.

  • The vehicle is still regularly being parked over the pavement. Is the owner of the van stupid or arrogant - probably both.
