Hedges overtaking pavement outside 51 and 53 Hornbeam Road

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 16:57, Monday 24 June 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1672631.

The hedge is taking over the pavement, meaning you have to walk past single file at best and it's impossible for anyone using a pram, buggy to get past safely especially with it being on a bend. This issue has been getting over the last couple of years now all properties in that row of terraced houses are rented out. If the occupants put their bins out then you have to walk in the road to get past these houses. Again with kids on the school walk this is dangerous as people drive without care around that bend.
