COMPLAINT
Since Monday a contractor has been standing by doing nothing waiting for authority to dig the area. Please attend to that. This is a waste of resources.
Secondly it is so waterlogged that it may require a lot of draining not helped by the current weather.

Although Thames Water has attended to the original problem they have left the site in a very poor state i.e the grass verge needs to be completed levelled out and reseeded. As it is at the moment the area is still waterlogged.

This area continues to be in the absolute state that Thames Water left it in, months ago. Why has this private company not been compelled to fix the damage it did to public land?

This area is still in the disgusting state that Thames Water left it in after carrying work on leaking pipes i.e area not returned to its original state resulting in area being waterlogged and very uneven. This is the third time this has been reported since October so I think its time some action was taken. As it appears that Thames Water is unable or unwilling to carry out the work required may I suggest, that the contractor digging up areas of the grass verges in Marsh Lane in preparation for a cycle track take some of the soil (currently being taken away by skip) to the area of concern by dumper truck to level out the area. The County Council can then charge Thames Water accordingly.

This problem has still not been fixed, how much longer before action is taken? It's time for the appropriate party to take some action and force Thames Water to carry out the work required.
