Cars parking on double yellow lines outside school

At peak school drop-off and pick-up times, cars are parking on double yellow lines. It makes it harder to cross road with children as reduces visibility and they are pulling out/reversing causing further nuisance and danger. This is on Mount Pleasant Road Pudsey across from St Joseph’s school.
