Increasingly dangerous state of footpaths in Orchard Way

The footpaths in Orchard Way are becoming increasingly dangerous with the risk of slips, trips and falls to residents that include the elderly, young children, a pregnant mother and people with reduced mobility. Warwickshire County Council could be liable for any injuries sustained. We have lived in the cul de sac for 35 years and do not recall any resurfacing of the footpaths in that time (except where the refuse lorry mounted a kerb). Over the past few years there have been a number of houses refurbished and delivery lorries, vans, and cars parked on the footpaths have caused damage to the footpaths and kerbs. The road really requires a full survey and resurfacing.
