Abandoned car. No MOT.

This car has been parked at this location for ? a year. It has not moved an inch and is taking up 2 spaces for residents. The owner no longer physically does not live in the vicinity. I note someone has complained about residents parking and obstructing the junction. Perhaps if the parking bays were available for parking, this would not be a problem. I understand that this car has a SORN. However I would argue that it isn’t really off road as it is taking up public parking spaces. It does not have a valid MOT. It is rusting and has cobwebs growing on it. It is an eyesore. I would be really grateful if the car could be removed.
