Regular rubbish on street

Twice weekly, the flats at the end of Nelson Road (junction Merton High Street), put out their rubbish in bin bags. Foxes rip the bags open overnight and spread food and rubbish all over the pavement. Am fed up of having to walk their rubbish several times a week and concerned it will attract vermin. . This has been a problem since new refuse arrangements introduced. A positive is that the refuse collectors/street cleaners do clean it up each time but they shouldn’t have to.
