Rats near 1 Lewsey Road

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 08:02, Sat 22 June 2019

Sent to Luton Borough Council 3 minutes later

Residents of No. 1 Lewsey Road have loads of household refuse black bags on the edge of their property and the bins are overflowing and the stench is vile. They cant be bothered to put the correct bins out and now i have seen 3 rats going through the black bags and then running of to No. 3 Lewsey Road with food in their mouths and entering the garage there. Not very good for people living nearby or the A & E at the hospital 20 yards away.

Updates

  • There is still rubbish overflowing the bins and the bins do not have the correct items in them so the bin people will not take them. There are still rats running in and out of the bins and in the gardens of No. 1 and No. 3 and on Saturday there was a dead rat that had been run over on the road near to the hospital.
