The Traffic Light Tree is not working. This is on all the London Visitors Sites as it is work of art given to the borough by LDDC. Was rotting away in storage until a campaign to put it here in 2014. As the Councillor at the time that pushed to get it out I keep getting people asking me why it's not working. I don't know. Please tell me why and fix it
