Newly installed pavement reinstatement collapsing already

Following the installation of a surface water drainage pipe and associated pavement reinstatement by advanced construction. A pot hole has developed outside the entrance to the murrays on the Lasswade road. The carriageway failure developed after 2 weeks and the Temporary HRA pavement reinstatement around the newly installed manhole chamber is not in accordance with NRSWA.

Works are therefor defective and need addressed

  • Still not fixed, Chamber Surround / Carriageway still continuing to Sink with another Temporary dusting of Cold tar added.

    Repair not in accordance with NRSWA and still within Defects Period which Advanced Construction are Liable for. Please Fix
