Parking bays suspended for road works

Parking bays have been suspended for the 2nd time this month for roadworks, but no roadworks are taking place. This is causing enormous problems for parents at our Nursery who are having to park further away and cross a busy road to get their children to nursery. Please can this work be carried out immediately.
