Grassed area at the top of the street

The grassed area down cleeve drive has not been maintained well, council came to cut hedges and trees down and they said that they would be back the next day to put seeds down for the grass to grow back. Council have not been back. The grass has been left a state, there is litter where the hedges have been cut down. It would make the street a lot nicer if it was turned into a car park. This is because there isn’t enough parking for all residents down the street if they have more than one car per house or they want to have a few friends round. Every other street down minehead round has extra spaces for parking.
