Sent to Leicester City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1665925.

Been there for 2-3 weeks. The metal appears to have been fished up from the canal, but instead of being taken away, it has been left there. I'm worried individuals w/o necessary vaccines could cut themselves on it.
