Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1665650.

The pedestrian gate is being kept locked for apparently health and safety reasons - but is left locked evenings and weekends when no work is being done which forces pedestrians to enter using the vehicle entrance which is less safe. Correct safe method of working needs to be put in place instead of the blanket foolish one.
