Broken concrete fence

Broken/missing concrete fence panels at the car park for Lucerne community centre. The panels that are broken and missing are in the corner by the wooden fence of a neighbouring property. Need sorting ASAP as children are climbing over it not only can they injure themselves but also damage park cars!
