Blocked manhole cover outside Lyndhurst Cv81PS. There has been a considerable amount of rain over the last few days but nevertheless even after a new cover has been fitted this still silts up so easily, is blocked right now. After the slightest amount of rain the drain blocks up and we have a considerable amount of standing water on the road and is backing up our drive and damaging our drive too. We have tried several times to unblock it ourselves but have not been able to this time. Can you help please?
