Sent to Rossendale Borough Council 3 minutes later

Various flytipping - been reported direct to RBC on 22/5/19 - still not cleared. Residents report this being reported to Council back in January but no action has been taken. This needs clearing as such accumulations encourage further flytipping and potentially could harbour pests.

Updates

Further accumulations present as a result of failure to remove the items. A resident has said this has been reported since just after Christmas and still no action.
