Telegraph pole situated outside 3 and 4 Hubbards Court

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council and Three Rivers District Council 3 minutes later

I have just noticed that one cable from the pole is hanging very low. Possibly since the high winds. Bit nervous about the connector right outside my window and within distance of my window, if it were to come loose would smash right into my window
