Missing storm drain cover

Sent to Hull City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1662842.

We seem to have someone removing storm drain covers. One Missing from parcevall drive and a few been lifted off.

Please can you confirm if this is a man hole in the middle of the road/pavement or the small grate/gully at the side of the road?
