6M long pothole/sunken drain in road

This pothole/sunken drain has been here a while. Now when there is heavy rain you can see water and air bubbles coming out of the cracks in the tarmac. Possible drain has collapsed or cracked in ground and needs attention before road collapses. Previously reported to water board who have done nothing to investigate.
